colorful wreath

I am going to make this wreath. It is super cute and is something I will probably just leave up all year.

It will have to be a project I do when I get home from Utah which will keep me busy while waiting for this little guy in my belly to come!

    How did they do that? Are those just the little craft poofs? Or something different?

    They're felt balls and you can find them at http://www.ornamentea.com/FeltBalls.htm. They used string to wrap them onto the wreath but I am just going to use a hot glue gun... it seems easier.
